Jubilee House is Baufritz’s model home created to mark the company’s 20th anniversary in the UK and 130 years of company history, a concept design built to demonstrate what a modern, compact family home can look like on a fixed scope and a fixed price.

The house is available fully fitted out and ready to move into from £599,000, covering energy-efficient walls, timber-and-aluminium windows, solid wood doors, and a timber façade, with kitchens and other extras costed separately. Manufactured in Germany and assembled on site in as little as two days, the 1,990 sq ft home sets out a three-bedroom layout pairing an open-plan kitchen, dining, and living space with a study, pantry, and a master suite with walk-in dressing room, finished in oak flooring, solid oak doors, and vertical silver-grey timber cladding.

Jubilee House sits alongside Baufritz’s Signature Homes collection a pre-designed Barn and Classic Collection houses offering a faster, more affordable route to a Baufritz home than a fully bespoke build. As with Signature Homes, model homes like Jubilee House are not fixed designs: clients can still adjust roof finishes, façade materials, and cladding, choose their own tiles, flooring, and sanitary fixtures, and add a basement, terrace, or solar panels, all while keeping the fixed-price, turnkey promise intact.
