This project involved demolishing a conservatory, building the extension at the rear and completely remodelling the layout of the rooms within the house. Our clients approached us after our project management and cost services were recommended to them by one of our previous clients.
They had applied for planning permission and wanted to appoint an independent project management team to work with them to develop detailed specifications and cost estimates for the build, and to carry out a competitive tender.
We then went on to appoint the builders, set up the building contracts and project managed the construction project, taking on the role of contract administrator. We also helped our clients monitor their spending by supporting them with cost reporting services.
