Independent Project Management of New Eco Build

This stunning new eco property was built using a steel frame structure. It is extremely energy efficient having been built with high levels of insulation and has triple glazing throughout.

The house is heated via underfloor heating which runs from an air source heat pump.

Once planning permission is granted, we can organise a competitive tender to help you select and appoint your build team, before going on to support you in the construction phase as your Contract Administrator.
